After a protracted period of troubleshooting with the CoreWeave team, we have made the determination to decommission our streaming provider in the Las Vegas region. All other PureWeb providers on CoreWeave are operating as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions about this decision, please reach out to support@pureweb.io.

CoreWeave is continuing to investigate the degradation issue. We do not have an ETA for resolution.

Monitoring
Our CoreWeave Cloud Provider has identified the problem and they will be deploying a fix in next few days. We will continue to monitor server availability and adjust routing to minimize impact where possible.

Investigating
Due to an issue in our underlying infrastructure provider, we're experiencing a degradation in high performance CoreWeave providers. As a result some sessions are failing to connect. We are actively working with CoreWeave to remediate the issue, and will provide updates as they become available. If customers have any questions they can reach out to support@pureweb.io.
